You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rc776 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email.
rc776 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or where suspicious activity is identified. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. All deposits must be made using funds that legitimately belong to you. rc776 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities obtained for the express purpose of gambling, or funds belonging to any third party. We reserve the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.

The primary currency for Pakistani users on the rc776 Platform is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates and any conversion fees will be disclosed before the transaction is completed.
Withdrawals may only be processed to verified payment methods previously used to deposit, or to methods approved during KYC verification. rc776 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered to the account holder.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. Standard processing times are operator-determined and may range from instant to several business days. rc776 does not guarantee withdrawal timelines and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking intermediaries.
Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your Account, withdrawal of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, rc776 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the relevant Account.
The rc776 loyalty programme operates on a tiered basis (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Point accrual rates, tier thresholds, cashback percentages and associated benefits are governed by the loyalty programme terms published on the Platform. rc776 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided where practical.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rc776 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

Nothing in these Terms limits rc776's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting rc776 Support via live chat or email. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.
rc776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is used for prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 9; (c) a regulatory obligation requires it; or (d) the Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormant account policy.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited where termination is the result of a breach of these Terms. Remaining real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Clause 13.1 unless otherwise required by law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rc776 holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
Users are encouraged to raise disputes first through the rc776 Support channel. rc776 will attempt to resolve any dispute within 28 days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, users may have recourse to an independent dispute resolution service as specified in the applicable operator licence conditions.
rc776 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered users through the Platform or via email at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the rc776 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
