We believe gambling should always be entertainment — never a source of stress, financial pressure, or harm. This page gives you every tool and resource you need to keep it that way.
Our Commitment
At rc776, responsible gambling is not a legal footnote — it is a genuine operating principle. For millions of players across Pakistan, from the cricket-obsessed streets of Lahore to the fast-paced digital culture of Karachi and Islamabad, online gaming is a form of entertainment that can add excitement to a PSL match or a Sunday afternoon. We want it to stay that way.
The reality is that for a small number of players, gambling can stop being fun and start causing real harm — financial stress, relationship strain, and emotional difficulty. rc776 takes that seriously. We have built a comprehensive set of safety tools directly into the platform, and we actively encourage every user to use them — not as a reaction to a problem, but as a habit from day one.
This page explains the tools available to you, how to recognise warning signs in your own behaviour, where to find support, and what to do if you feel gambling is starting to affect your life. Please read it carefully, regardless of your experience level. Knowledge is your best protection.
Access to the rc776 Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years and over — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. rc776 does not claim that online gambling is legal in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
Your Safety Toolkit
These tools are available to every registered user, at no charge, directly within your Account settings. Set them up before you start playing.
Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Once you reach your chosen limit, no further deposits will be accepted for that period. Any request to increase the limit takes effect only after a mandatory waiting period — decreases apply immediately.
Cap your net losses over a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your loss limit is reached, further wagering is paused automatically for the remainder of that period. This is one of the most effective tools for protecting your bankroll.
Decide in advance how long each session should last. When your time is up, you will receive a notification — and can configure a hard cut-off so the session ends automatically. Long, uninterrupted sessions are one of the strongest risk factors for problem gambling.
Enable periodic in-session pop-ups showing how long you have been playing and your net wagering result for the session. A quick reality check every 30 or 60 minutes helps you stay grounded and make conscious decisions rather than reactive ones.
Take a structured break — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — without permanently closing your account. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. This gives you space to reassess without permanent commitment.
Request a self-exclusion of a defined duration (minimum 6 months) or permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, all access — including promotional communications — is blocked. We strongly encourage using this tool if gambling stops feeling like entertainment.
How Limits Work
Understanding how limit adjustments work helps you plan properly. The asymmetry between increases and decreases is intentional — it protects you from impulsive decisions made in the heat of a session.
If you lower any of your limits — deposit, loss or time — the change applies right away. There is no waiting period. This is by design: if you decide you need a tighter boundary, that decision should be honoured without delay. You can do this at any time from your Account settings.
Requests to increase any limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect — typically 7 days for deposit limit increases. This waiting period is not an inconvenience; it is a deliberate safeguard that prevents impulsive decisions made during a losing streak from causing disproportionate harm. If you request an increase and change your mind during the waiting period, you can cancel it.
Limits reset at the start of each new period — midnight for daily limits, Monday for weekly limits, and the first of each month for monthly limits. If you reach your limit on a Tuesday, you cannot continue play until your next period begins. Plan your gaming sessions around your budgets, not the other way around.
Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it cannot be reversed for the chosen minimum duration. For permanent self-exclusion, the account is closed without the possibility of reversal. This is intentional: a self-exclusion that can easily be undone provides very little protection. If you are considering self-exclusion, take your time and choose a duration that genuinely reflects your situation.
All limit values on rc776 for Pakistani users are set and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). When setting a deposit or loss limit, think in terms of your actual budget — not a percentage or a number that sounds conservative in the abstract. A useful starting point: set a monthly deposit limit equal to what you would comfortably spend on any other form of entertainment.
Recognise the Signs
Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. It tends to develop gradually. Recognising these patterns early — in yourself or someone close to you — is the most important first step.
Chasing losses. Continuing to play specifically to recover money already lost — particularly after increasing bet sizes to recoup faster — is one of the clearest indicators of problem gambling behaviour.
Gambling with money set aside for essentials. Using funds intended for rent, household expenses, school fees or daily necessities in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi or any other city to gamble is a serious warning sign.
Lying about gambling activity. Hiding sessions from family members, downplaying how much money has been spent, or providing cover stories for time spent gambling indicates that the activity has moved from entertainment to something harder to control.
Inability to stop at a planned time or limit. Repeatedly overriding your own decision to stop — even when you had set a firm intention — suggests that gambling is functioning as a compulsion rather than a leisure activity.
Gambling to manage emotions. Using gambling as a way to relieve stress, escape anxiety or cope with difficult feelings after a bad day — whether that day involved a cricket result or a personal difficulty — is a pattern that escalates quickly.
Borrowing money to gamble. Taking out loans, borrowing from family or friends, or using credit card advances to fund gambling sessions is a critical warning sign that requires immediate action.
Neglecting responsibilities. Skipping work, missing family commitments, withdrawing from social activities or losing interest in non-gambling hobbies as a direct consequence of gambling time or financial losses.
If you recognise two or more of these signs in your own behaviour, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools available in your Account settings, and to reach out to a responsible gambling support resource. Acknowledging the problem is not a weakness — it is the most effective action you can take.
Self-Assessment
This is not a diagnostic tool — it is a prompt for honest reflection. If you answer "yes" to several of these questions, please consider speaking to a support professional.
Have you ever felt the need to bet with more money than you originally intended in order to get the same level of excitement?
Have you felt restless, irritable or anxious when you tried to cut down on or stop gambling?
Have you made repeated unsuccessful attempts to control, cut back or stop gambling entirely?
Have you used gambling as a way to escape from personal problems, or to relieve feelings of anxiety, depression or helplessness?
After losing money, have you returned to try to win it back — often on the same day?
Have you lied to family members, friends or your employer about the extent of your gambling?
Has gambling ever caused significant problems in your relationships, your job or your financial situation?
Have you ever borrowed money or sold possessions to fund gambling?
If you answered "yes" to three or more of these questions, the National Council on Problem Gambling and similar organisations recommend speaking with a trained counsellor. Please review the support resources below and consider using your rc776 Account's self-exclusion or cooling-off features.

Our Commitment to You
These are not aspirational statements — they are operating commitments that shape every decision we make around platform design, marketing and user support.
We will never target advertising at individuals who are in self-exclusion or who have explicitly opted out of marketing communications. Exclusion means exclusion — no loopholes.
We will not use predatory design patterns — countdown timers on deposits, fake scarcity messaging, or notifications timed to pull players back during breaks — that are engineered to override your judgment.
We will block access from verified minors immediately upon discovery and report such instances to applicable regulatory authorities. The 18+ minimum is non-negotiable and actively enforced.
We will keep our responsible gambling tools accessible — never buried in obscure menus — so that activating a deposit limit, session cut-off or self-exclusion takes seconds, not minutes.
We will train our Support team to recognise signs of problem gambling in user communications and to proactively direct users to relevant tools and support resources where those signs are apparent.
We will communicate the legal status of gambling in Pakistan clearly and without obscuring the fact that rc776 does not hold a Pakistan-issued gaming licence. Users must satisfy themselves as to the legality of participation under their local laws.
